Refund Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving a reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive the goods.

2. How to Withdraw

To exercise your right, inform us of your decision by email at contactus@shryxellsrthorau.world. You may use the model withdrawal form or any other clear statement.

3. Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day you communicate your withdrawal. Products must be returned unused and in original packaging where possible.

4. Refunds

We will reimburse you without undue delay and in any event within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

5. Exceptions

For hygiene reasons we may not accept returns of unsealed dietary supplement products. We will inform you if this applies to your order.
